Terms of Service
Effective September 9, 2026
Pay4World Inc. (the "Company") sets out the following terms for use of the website www.pay4world.net (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms define the conditions and procedures for using the information and services the Company provides through the Site, and the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- Site: www.pay4world.net and its sub-pages, operated by the Company
- User: anyone who accesses the Site to view information or sign up for launch notifications
- App: the PayForward mobile app the Company is preparing. The App has its own terms of service, provided inside the App.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)
- These Terms take effect when posted on the Site.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law. Amended Terms are announced on the Site at least 7 days before they take effect (at least 30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
- Continued use of the Site after amended Terms take effect constitutes agreement to the changes.
Article 4 (Services Provided)
- Information about the Company and the App
- Blog posts
- Sign-up for App launch notifications
- Previews of App screens, such as the partner organization map. Figures, testimonials, and map markers shown in previews are sample data, not records of actual activity.
The Company may change or discontinue the services without prior notice.
Article 5 (Launch Notifications)
- Users may sign up for launch notifications by providing an email address and consenting to the collection and use of personal information.
- The Company sends news related to the App launch by email. The timing and number of messages are not fixed in advance.
- Users may unsubscribe at any time by contacting the address given in the Privacy Policy.
- Users must enter their own email address accurately and must not register another person's address without permission.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
- Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content posted on the Site, including text, images, video, logos, and screen designs, belong to the Company or the rightful owners.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, adapt, or commercially exploit the content without the Company's prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing of links are permitted.
Article 7 (User Obligations)
Users must not:
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Site
- Attempt to access the admin area or servers without authorization
- Collect content or personal information in bulk by automated means
- Enter another person's personal information without permission or impersonate the Company
- Act in violation of applicable law or public order and morals
Article 8 (Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability)
- The information on the Site is provided to introduce the Company and the App. The App's features, launch timing, and partnerships may change during preparation.
- The Company is not liable for failure to provide the services due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters, network failures, or hosting provider outages.
- The Company is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Site.
- Except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site.
Article 9 (Personal Information)
The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and the Site's Privacy Policy.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms and any dispute concerning use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Disputes between the Company and users are resolved by the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
Addendum
These Terms take effect on September 9, 2026.
